It's Ecobuild time again!Ecobuild 2010, at London's Earl's Court is the place to be if you're interested in UK solar energy!!! This year, Ecobuild runs from Tuesday March 2nd until Thursday March 4th The biggest event in the world for sustainable design, construction and the built environment, there’s always loads to see and experience at Ecobuild, and 2010 will be no different. Ecobuild tends to be the place where manufacturer's showcase their new models, or indeed entire product lines. For example, this year Worcester Bosch will announce their launch of Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery units, and Glow-worm is promising to turn the heating industry on it's head with a revolutionary new 'Hybrid' system that switches between condensing boiler and heat pump. Also, emerging and revolutionary fringe companies feature some great concepts and ideas. A number of speeches are made across the 3 days, some by prominent people in the industry, and there is a solar area known as 'solar city'where demos and presentations are given by solar panel manufacturers. |
